What was wrong before we started?
The starting point
The diner group visits inquiry route was a single point of failure. A broken form meant a lost customer and nobody the wiser.
What it cost the team
For diner group visits, failures were invisible from both sides: customers could not report them, and the team had no test that would reveal them.
What we built
An alternative contact route now sits openly on the page, alongside errors that explain themselves and guidance for follow-up messages. A delivery check exercises the real form, including party size, arrival time and seating needs, to confirm mail reaches its destination.

Questions about this project
How long did this project take?
20 working days after content approval, including staff review and handover. The clock starts once the team has approved the content, so the time goes on building and checking rather than waiting.
Which plan covers this kind of work?
Everything used here (alternative contact method, useful failure message, form delivery check, staff escalation contact) sits inside the standard build, so it is available on every plan, starting with The Single Counter at $117 a month. The $647 one-time build fee is invoiced after launch.
Why is the restaurant not named?
Clients are described by type, region and team size on purpose, so the story can be told in full without publishing anything about their business they did not want shared. The quote is from Theodora Lockwood, weekend shift supervisor, used with permission.
