What each choice does

Stop every email
Your address is removed from the list. No newsletters, no offers, no articles. If you are a client, account and support replies still reach you, because those are not marketing.
Send fewer emails
You stay on the list at the frequency you pick: at most one a month, only when the offer or the pricing changes, or only new guides. Pick this one if the volume was the problem rather than the subject.

What happens after you submit

Your choice is saved to our own records the moment you submit. It is not passed to a third party list broker.
This page confirms it straight away. There is no email to send and no link to click.
Asked us to stop? Nothing further is sent, not even a confirmation. Staying on at less? A short confirmation email follows.
Ask us to delete your details entirely and we do that instead of suppressing them.

What this page will not do to you

No account to create and no password to remember before you can leave.
No second screen asking whether you are really sure.
No offer, no discount and no sad illustration on the way out.
