Every plan
One page per location, not one page pretending to be several
Every address gets its own page with its own hours, menu highlights and map, so nothing gets averaged across locations.
This is what your location switcher would show
Example only. Every address, hours and status below is illustrative sample data, not a real DinerSites location.
HighLevel offers a family of AI tools, which it groups under "AI Employee", including Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, Ask AI and AI Studio, that you or your agency configure inside your HighLevel account. The DinerSites AI Engine, included on The Route and The Full Circuit, is set up for you and trained on each location's own hours and menu. Choose HighLevel's tools if you want to build and tune AI yourself; choose the AI Engine if you want it done for you and kept correct per location.
Short answer: HighLevel AI if you want to configure it yourself; the AI Engine if you want it set up per location for you.
Thirteen things that decide whether a restaurant website keeps working after launch. Competitor details are described in general terms from their own public pages; check the sources below for current specifics.
| What matters | GoHighLevel AI Studio | DinerSites |
|---|---|---|
| Speed and Core Web Vitals | Not a website speed product; the tools run inside HighLevel alongside your site. | Custom-coded pages served from Cloudflare's edge, 90+ Google PageSpeed guaranteed on every page we build. |
| SEO control | Not an SEO product. | Titles, descriptions, headings, sitemap and redirects set by us on every page, and changed on request. |
| Structured data (JSON-LD) | Not applicable. | JSON-LD for your business, each location, FAQs and breadcrumbs, added as standard. |
| AEO and GEO readiness | Not applicable. | Answer-first copy, FAQ blocks, consistent location facts and an llms.txt file on every site. |
| A real page per restaurant location | Can be configured to answer about several locations if you set it up that way. | The AI receptionist, site chat and SMS, Messenger and Instagram AI answer for the right location, trained on the same hours and menu data as your pages. |
| Hosting and security | Runs on the HighLevel platform. | Managed Cloudflare hosting with SSL, CDN and DDoS protection inside the monthly fee. |
| Maintenance burden | You or your agency write the prompts, knowledge and hand-off rules, and keep them current. | We set it up, file A2P 10DLC carrier registration for you and update it when your hours or menu change. |
| Who does the work | You, your staff or your HighLevel agency. | Our team configures it; you review the answers before launch and decide who gets hand-offs. |
| Content and articles | HighLevel lists Content AI among its tools for drafting content; you direct and publish it. | 2 researched articles a week on every plan, 3 a week plus social posts and reels on The Full Circuit. |
| Design quality | Not applicable. | Built around your brand, your rooms and your menu, checked on a phone before launch. |
| Accessibility and compliance pages | SMS consent and carrier registration are handled in your HighLevel account. | Privacy policy, terms and cookie consent that really blocks scripts until accepted, built with WCAG accessibility in mind. |
| Cost model | HighLevel describes subscription and usage-based billing for its AI products; see its pricing documentation. | Included on The Route ($247 a month plus AI usage) and The Full Circuit. Usage is billed at what our providers charge us. |
| Lock-in and ownership | Configuration and conversation history live in your HighLevel account. | Your domain is registered in your name. Monthly plan, cancel with notice. Content export on cancellation. |
HighLevel's own help center lists AI Studio as one of the products AI Employee includes or works alongside, together with Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI and Ask AI, and describes subscription and pay-per-use billing for its AI products. We describe these tools in general terms only and link HighLevel's documentation below; check it for current details, because AI products change often.
Every feature, in plain terms, with the plans that carry it. Full detail is on the features page and the pricing page.

Every address gets its own page with its own hours, menu highlights and map, so nothing gets averaged across locations.

Change a price or a holiday hour once and it updates everywhere it needs to, without a second location quietly falling behind.
Every plan
Custom-coded pages served from the edge, 90+ PageSpeed guaranteed, on the home page and on every location page.
Every plan
A form filled out on the downtown page reaches downtown, not a shared inbox someone checks once a day.

Every plan
5 revisions a month of any size, each done within 2 to 5 working days, requested from one client portal.
Every plan
One domain included and registered in your name, or your own pointed at the new site, with redirects from your old addresses.
If HighLevel is your CRM, the AI Engine can hand leads and conversation details into it, so a large party enquiry answered at midnight is waiting in your pipeline in the morning. If you prefer to keep HighLevel's AI tools, your DinerSites site can carry your HighLevel chat widget instead of ours. Tell us which you want in onboarding; either way the website stays correct per location.
The old site was one page with both addresses at the bottom. The redesign kept our old links working and gave each restaurant its own page with seating notes, the kids menu and a form that goes to the right manager. Families ask fewer questions on the phone because the answers are on the page.
A redesign of the old site into two real location pages
Custom cake orders used to arrive in the same inbox as questions about parking. They have their own form now and go straight to the baker who handles them. Morning coffee hours and bakery pickup hours are shown as two windows, which is how we actually run.
The Single Counter plan with separate custom-order routing
Illustrative examples: these are sample reviews written to show the kind of outcome the service is built for, not statements from real clients. Verified client reviews replace them as they come in.
HighLevel lists AI Studio among the AI products that its AI Employee offering includes or works alongside. We describe it only in general terms because HighLevel's AI lineup changes often; its help center, linked on this page, has the current details.
On The Route and The Full Circuit, an AI receptionist, site chat and SMS, Messenger and Instagram AI answer common guest questions for the right location: hours today, whether that room takes reservations, what is on the menu. Anything that needs a person, like a large party or a complaint, is handed to your team.
No. We train it on the same per-location data your pages use and you review the answers before launch. When your hours or menu change through a revision, the AI is updated too.
It can take enquiry details and book appointments where you use a booking link, and it hands anything it should not decide to a person. If you already use a reservations system, we link to it rather than replacing it.
We file A2P 10DLC carrier registration for you as part of setting up the AI Engine; carrier fees are passed through at cost. You remain responsible for the consent and opt-out rules that apply to your own messages.
Yes. Your DinerSites site can carry your HighLevel chat widget, and every form can post into your HighLevel CRM tagged by location. Choose the AI you prefer; the website works with either.
The Route is $247 a month plus AI usage, billed monthly in arrears at what our providers charge us. There is no markup on usage.
