The $647 build fee covers building every location page, the shared system underneath them, and the move off your old site. It is invoiced after launch, paid a single time, and never renews. Your monthly plan is billed separately and does not change.
Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have this fee waived, so there is nothing to pay.

Why there is a build fee, and what it paid for
The monthly plan runs the site. The build fee covers the one-off work of putting it up in the first place, done once for your whole group.
Every location page, built by hand
Each address gets its own page with its own hours, map, phone number and menu highlights, written and checked rather than generated.
The shared system underneath
The menu, hours and facts that all your rooms share are set up once, so a later change lands on every page that carries it.
Moving you off the old site
We move what is worth keeping, redirect the old addresses so nothing breaks in search, and connect your domain.
Launch, tested
Forms, enquiry routing and speed are checked on every page before launch, so the site goes live at 90+ PageSpeed, not just the home page.

How paying works
Step 1
Press the button for your plan
Use the plan named on your invoice. The amount is the same on all three; the plan is recorded so the payment matches your account.
Step 2
Pay on a secure Stripe checkout
Card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection. They never pass through this website and we never see them.
Step 3
Receipt by email
Stripe emails a receipt and an invoice to the address you pay with, and a confirmation page shows the payment straight away.
Step 4
Nothing recurring
This is a single payment. It does not start, change or add to your monthly plan, which is billed on its own.

Is this a subscription?
No. The build fee is a single one-time payment of $647. Nothing on this page renews. Your monthly plan is a separate subscription and is billed separately, exactly as it was before.
Do I need to pay this?
Only if we have invoiced you for a build fee. The fee is invoiced after your site is live and approved. Plans started on or before December 31, 2026 have the build fee waived entirely, so if yours was one of them there is nothing to pay here.
Why is the amount the same on every plan?
The build fee pays for building the location-page foundation, migration and launch, and that work is the same on The Single Counter, The Route and The Full Circuit. The plans differ in what runs on top each month, which is what the monthly price covers.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. The button opens a checkout hosted by Stripe, one of the largest card processors in the world. Your card details go straight to Stripe over an encrypted connection and never touch this website or our team.
Can the build fee be refunded?
All sales are final, and that includes the one-time build fee. The one exception is a duplicate or incorrect charge we made: email us within 30 days with the invoice number and, where the error is ours, the difference is refunded within 10 working days. The full wording is in the refund policy.
